approach to meet your payroll business needs. These

Bronze
We can either receive employee details and/or
payslip information emailed to our processing centre.
We transmit payment files for processing (i.e. employee
bank accounts are updated) and payroll reports and
payslips are either emailed to you or printed and
couriered to your designated office. What could be
simpler.
Silver
In this service environment, you will have DIRECT
access to the database and you can view/amend details
at anytime. Once payroll has been processed, you
will have immediate access to the database. Unlike
many of our competitors, you will NOT have to wait
for the results. You will also receive reports, ledger
files and banking information, as stated in the Bronze
service. With these options, you can also purchase
the HR database module and this includes an easy
to use ad hoc reporting facility with seamless interfaces
to Excel & Word.
In addition many optional HR
modules exist with this service and this can include
an Employee self service
facility.
Gold
This service level is an extension of SILVER except
that we become YOUR payroll office, we do the data
import as well as the processing. When an employee
has a payroll query, they will be answered by a nominated
coordinator. In addition, we can answer statutory
queries and make third party payments.
